Our Carne Asada is best marinated and grilled. I like it cut into thin strips, marinated and either grilled or flash seared in a cast iron skillet. Flank steak has a great, intense meaty flavor and is quite lean. It's awesome in tortillas or just eaten with rice and beans on the side.
