All Natural Whole Beef: You will receive approximately 400-500 lbs of vacuum sealed cuts. Cuts include: Steaks (Tenderloin, New York, Ribeye, Top Sirloin, Cube and Flank), Roasts (Chuck, Round, Sirloin Tip) 90/10 Ground Beef, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Carne Asada, Liver, Heart, Tongue and Brisket. A whole beef is $7.50/LB, the estimated final price is between $3000.00 and $3750.00. A non-refundable $1000.00 deposit is required. Once the final weight is determined, we will charge you final price less deposit.
