All Natural Half Beef: You will receive 200-250 lbs of vacuum sealed cuts. Cuts include: Steaks (Tenderloin, New York, Ribeye, Top Sirloin, Cube and Flank), Roasts (Chuck, Round, Sirloin Tip) 90/10 Ground Beef, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Carne Asada, and Brisket. Half of a beef is $8.00/LB, the estimated final price is between $1600.00 and $2000.00. No organ meats are included unless you specifically request it. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required. Once the final weight is determined, we will charge you final price less deposit.
